The color is straw yellow with greenish highlights, its scent is delicate with hints of peach and almond, as well as notes of fruit, blossoms and just cut hay. The taste is fresh, mineral, light with a sapid final.

Vinification:

The Cortese grapes are carefully harvested from hillside vineyards in the Alessandria province. After harvesting, the must is vinified and fermented at low temperatures.
